Fees & Engagement

Any fees associated with a review or engagement will be disclosed and agreed with you separately before work begins. zkGUN will never request payment via untraceable methods, and will never condition the release of already-recovered funds on an additional payment.

Submitting a case for initial review does not guarantee that zkGUN will accept the engagement or that any fee arrangement will be offered.

Confidentiality & Data Handling

Case material may include sensitive personal, financial and technical information. We take reasonable measures to limit access to case material to personnel and parties with a legitimate need to review it in connection with your matter.

Where required to progress an investigation or escalation, information may be shared with relevant exchanges, compliance teams, legal representatives or authorities, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Lawful Methods Only

zkGUN does not perform unauthorized access to any account, device or system; does not seize, freeze or move digital assets on a user’s behalf; and does not threaten, harass or retaliate against any individual. Our work is limited to lawful investigative methods, including public blockchain analysis, open-source research and evidence organized from information lawfully provided to us.

Third-Party Cooperation

Where a case supports it, we may prepare material for submission to exchanges, service providers, legal counsel, compliance departments or law-enforcement agencies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the decisions, timelines or outcomes of these independent third parties.
